본 개인정보 처리방침은 LinguaNight 모바일 어플리케이션에 적용됩니다. Donghyeong Kim(이하 "당사")은 사용자의 개인정보 보호를 중요하게 여기며, 아래의 방침에 따라 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

LinguaNight는 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 설계되었습니다. 당사는 다음과 같은 제한적인 정보만을 처리합니다:

• 앱 내 학습 데이터: 사용자의 학습 진도, 단어장, 퀴즈 기록은 사용자 기기의 로컬 스토리지(SQLite)에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 앱 설정: 목표 언어, 페르소나 설정 등 앱 환경설정은 기기 내 AsyncStorage에 저장됩니다.

2. 제3자 서비스

당사의 서비스는 원활한 기능 제공을 위해 다음 제3자 서비스를 활용합니다:

• Apple (인앱 결제): 프리미엄 구독 처리를 위해 Apple의 결제 시스템을 사용합니다. Apple의 데이터 처리 방식은 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
• RevenueCat: 구독 상태 관리를 위해 RevenueCat SDK를 사용합니다. RevenueCat은 구매 영수증 등 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. (자세한 내용: RevenueCat 개인정보 처리방침)
• Apple Speech Recognition: 라이브 통역 기능을 위해 Apple의 음성 인식 API를 사용합니다. 음성 데이터는 Apple 서버 또는 기기 내에서 처리되며, 당사가 저장하거나 분석하지 않습니다.

3. 기기 권한

앱은 다음 기기 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다:

• 마이크: 라이브 통역 및 발음 연습 기능에 사용됩니다. 권한을 거부해도 단어 학습 기능은 정상 작동합니다.
• 알림 (Push Notifications): 학습 리마인더 발송을 위해 사용됩니다. 권한을 거부하면 알림이 발송되지 않습니다.

4. 인앱 결제 및 자동 갱신 구독

LinguaNight는 자동 갱신형 프리미엄 구독을 제공합니다. 다음 사항에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다:

• 결제는 구매 확인 시 사용자의 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다.
• 현재 구독 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
• 구독 관리 및 취소는 사용자의 Apple ID 계정 설정을 통해 가능합니다.

5. 광고 및 추적

LinguaNight는 광고가 없으며, 사용자 행동을 추적하는 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 미성년자 보호

본 앱은 성인(만 18세 이상)을 대상으로 합니다. 당사는 고의로 미성년자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

본 개인정보 처리방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시하여 공지합니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the LinguaNight mobile application ("the App"). This SERVICE is provided by Donghyeong Kim ("we", "us") and is intended for use as is.

1. Information We Collect

LinguaNight is built with a privacy-first approach. We handle only the following limited information:

• Learning Data: Your study progress, word lists, and quiz records are stored exclusively in local storage (SQLite) on your device and are never transmitted to any external server.
• App Preferences: Settings such as target language and persona preferences are stored locally using AsyncStorage on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Apple (In-App Purchases): Used to process Premium subscriptions via Apple's payment system. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes only minimal data such as purchase receipts. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Apple Speech Recognition: Used for the Live Translator feature. Voice data is processed by Apple's APIs on-device or server-side per Apple's configuration and is never stored or analyzed by us.

3. Device Permissions

• Microphone: Required for Live Translator and pronunciation practice. Core learning features remain fully functional without this permission.
• Notifications: Used only for study reminders. Denying this permission does not affect core app functionality.

4. Subscriptions

LinguaNight offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium features:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

5. Advertising and Tracking

LinguaNight contains no advertisements and does not use any analytics or behavioral tracking tools.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
