본 이용약관은 Donghyeong Kim(이하 "당사")이 제공하는 LinguaNight 앱 서비스 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 이용

LinguaNight는 성인(만 18세 이상)을 대상으로 한 외국어 학습 앱입니다. 사용자는 앱을 합법적인 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다.

2. 인앱 결제 및 구독

• 프리미엄 구독은 Apple App Store를 통해 결제되며, Apple의 결제 약관이 적용됩니다.
• 자동 갱신형 구독은 현재 기간 만료 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
• 환불 정책은 Apple의 표준 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
• Standard EULA(최종 사용자 라이선스 계약): Apple Standard EULA

3. 지식재산권

앱 내 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, UI, 코드 등)의 지식재산권은 당사에 귀속됩니다. 사용자는 앱을 개인적, 비상업적 목적으로만 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 면책 조항

앱은 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다. 당사는 서비스 중단, 데이터 손실 등으로 인한 직·간접적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

5. 약관 변경

당사는 본 약관을 변경할 권리를 보유하며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the LinguaNight mobile application provided by Donghyeong Kim ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Service

LinguaNight is intended for adults aged 18 and older. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's payment terms.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
